Getting Started
New to deursocial? Download the app, create an account, and start following events near you. Join event groups to find people going to the same show, chat with attendees, and check in at the venue to earn your Passport stamp.
Account Issues
• Can't log in: Make sure you're using the correct login method and credentials. If the problem continues, contact us below for help. • Verification: Verified badges are granted after identity verification (KYC). If your verification is pending or rejected, check your notifications for details. • Delete account: You can request account deletion anytime from Settings → Delete Account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period before it's permanently deleted, during which you can cancel the request and keep your account.
Groups & Events
• Can't join a group: Some groups are private (require approval) or verified-only (require a verified account). Check the group's badges before requesting to join. • Group is full: Groups have a maximum member limit set by the creator. Try another group for the same event, or create your own. • Event information is wrong: Report the event from the event detail page, or contact us below if it needs urgent correction.
Check-In & Passport
Check-in is available when you're physically near the venue during the event. If check-in isn't working: • Make sure location permissions are enabled for deursocial. • Confirm you're within range of the venue, the app will show "You're at the venue" when ready. • Try refreshing your location or restarting the app if the map doesn't update.
Posts & Moments
If your post or moment isn't showing up, it may still be processing, or it may have been removed for violating community guidelines. You can find removed content notices in your notifications. Report inappropriate content using the report option on any post.
Report a Problem
Found a bug or something not working as expected? Let us know what happened, what device and app version you're using, and steps to reproduce the issue if possible. This helps us fix it faster.

deursocial is built to help people connect around live events safely. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and impersonation are not allowed. Report any user or content that violates these guidelines and our team will review it.
