FAQ
What is Deursocial?
Deursocial is the companion app for concert and festival goers. Find concert buddies, join groups for upcoming shows, coordinate meetups, check in to prove you were there, and build a digital Passport of every gig you attend.
How do I find concert buddies on Deursocial?
Follow the event you're going to, then join its group. You'll see who else is going, and you can chat, share your location, and plan where to meet.
Can I create my own groups?
Yes. Anyone can start a group for any upcoming show or festival. Make it public so anyone can join, or keep it invite only for your own crew.
How does check in work?
When you arrive at the venue, open the app and scan the event QR code. Your GPS location is verified to make sure you're actually there. If you're not at the venue, it won't count.
What is the Event Passport?
Every successful check in drops a numbered badge into your digital Passport. It stays there as a record of your concert history, and you can show it off on your profile.
Is Deursocial free?
Yes. The app, groups, check ins, and the digital Passport are free for every concert fan, on iOS and Android.
